Obesimed® Forte If you are 10 kg or more overweight, it absorbs hundreds of times its weight in water within 30 minutes to an hour. Once the capsule is dissolved it expands in the stomach and a highly viscous stable gel matrix is formed. This creates a feeling of fullness, which allows the portion size of the meal to be reduced and makes it much easier to maintain a diet. After consuming the meal, the gel matrix mixes with the food. This not only delays hunger, but also slows down digestion. Obesimed® Forte If you are 10 kg or more overweight, it reduces hunger by saturating the stomach and promoting a healthy blood sugar balance.
Obesimed® Forte is intended for adults aged 18 and over who are more than 10 kilos overweight or Body Mass Index (BMI) of 28 or higher. For good results, it is recommended to use Obesimed® Forte if you are 10 kg or more overweight with a diet with reduced calorie intake.
The BMI is a method with which you can determine whether you have a healthy body weight or are overweight in relation to your height. Using the table below you can determine whether you are overweight.
Look up your body height in the table. If you weigh less than the weight stated for your height, you should not use Obesimed® Forte if you are 10 kg or more overweight.
The BMI may only be used for adults and is not applicable in all cases. It should not be used by growing children, pregnant women or top athletes.
While losing weight and using Obesimed® Forte, you must take a multivitamin and mineral preparation every day. Obesimed® Forte may reduce the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals in the body. Preferably take the vitamin and mineral preparation before going to bed, to ensure that the vitamins and minerals are absorbed.

Instructions
Take 1 to 2 capsules three times a day, 1 hour before each meal, with at least 1 glass of water. Take the capsule whole.
The effective dosage may differ per person and can vary from 1 to 2 capsules per dosage to the maximum dosage of 6 capsules three times a day.
The dosage can be increased by 1 capsule per meal every 3 days until hunger decreases significantly and the need for snacks disappears. Do not exceed maximum dosage.
Obesimed® Forte should not be used for longer than 30 days in 1 treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after 4 days.
This product is not suitable for children.
Warnings
Obesimed® Forte should not be used in case of:
– hypersensitivity to one or more components,
– gastrointestinal disorders,
– esophageal stenosis or pre-existing intestinal abnormalities,
– pregnancy or breastfeeding.
If you have any doubts about whether you can use Obesimed® Forte and/or in combination with a medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
NB! Do not open capsule before taking.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding:
It is not recommended to lose weight during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as possible harmful substances from the fatty tissue can end up in the child. The use of the Obesimed® Forte is therefore not recommended.
Use in combination with medicines:
Obesimed® Forte lowers the glucose level in the blood. If you suffer from diabetes, it is important to monitor your blood sugar levels closely. In this case, consult your doctor, as your diabetes medication may need to be adjusted.
The use of Obesimed® Forte in combination with other dietary supplements or medicines that have a hypoglycemic effect is not recommended without prior consultation with a doctor or pharmacist. Obesimed® Forte slows down the rate at which food is absorbed and theoretically this can also happen with medicines. Oral medications should be taken 1 hour before or 4 hours after using Obesimed® Forte. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medicines before using Obesimed® Forte.
